A toy I had purchased for my granddaughter and taken to Canada for her was missing some parts. Learning Sprout not only contacted the manufacturer and got the missing parts, they shipped them to Canada directly to my granddaughter. All at absolutely no charge to me. And done happily and in complete trust. This is customer service at its finest!
