terrible service ! I talked to Kristi and she told me to take all my son's information, even wrote the the hours approved by the insurance, direct telephone numbers to communicate with the insurance, everything easier for them. The days and weeks went by and they never responded to my calls , I went in person two times and they did not give me an answer or a call either. what a lack of respect! parents with children with autism do not have time to waste, I just asked for a call. My autistic nephew has been attending here for only a few months and he’s improved so much in his behaviors and attitudes. We were really scared that as he got older it would only get worse but we are hopeful again that he can even improve more than he already has

So grateful for this company!!! When my daughter was diagnosed with autism at 3, I was so lost. Learning Leaps started services , educated me, and showed me how to understand my kid differently. Kids with autism are so often misunderstood, Learning Leaps understands and cares. My daughter is now 7, she has been with Learning Leaps over the last 4 years and has received consistent quality services and has made leaps and bounds with their therapy!!!
