While Dr. Cooper is sweet and most of the staff are kind, their billing practices are highly problematic. I am up to $247 in surprise charges across three unexpected bills. Worse, when calling to address some of them, I was talked down to as if my situation were an isolated incident. I deeply dislike being deceived and dismissed by a medical practice. We absolutely adore Leaps and Bounds! Dr Brian has helped us through some scary times and also has been there for every milestone! We are so grateful!
Our experience with this office has been consistently frustrating. Communication experience with our child's doctor has been very poor. We are always asked to talk to a different individual other than the doctor. She doesnt call us back when requested and getting any direct response from the doctor is far more difficult than it should be. We’ve repeatedly been forced to schedule and pay for appointments just to ask basic questions to the doctor.
