We had a wonderful experience with our newborn’s pediatrician. The doctor was very kind, caring and took the time to explain everything clearly. We felt comfortable asking questions and never felt rushed. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. We truly appreciate the excellent care and attention our baby received.
Absolutely terrible experience. The clinic was disorganized, unprofessional, and showed very little concern for patients or their families. Communication was poor, the staff was not helpful, and the overall experience felt like nobody actually cared about providing good care or customer service. I expected much more from a pediatric clinic. There are plenty of places where you can be treated with basic courtesy and respect, and unfortunately, this was not one of them.
