I am very disappointed with my experience with Leaps & Bounds. After purchasing a brand new HVAC system, I expected a smooth installation and a working unit at the end of the day. Instead, the installers were here all day and still had issues with the brand new unit, leaving me without AC on a very hot day. It made being in the house very uncomfortable.
