absolutely deplorable!! They allowed us to apply for a home in Lewisville, Texas, then TOOK our application fees and then leased the property out from under us, KEEPING OUR $100.00 APPLICATION FEE! THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS STAY AWAY FROM ANY PROPERTY WITH "LEAP PROPERTIES" ON THE LISTING! I am filing a grievance with the Federal Trade Commission!!!!!!!

Leap property management are literal thieves. We were charged to replace a carpet that was filthy when we moved in, sprinklers that were already broken. Amanda and the whole team there just dance around problems and don’t provide real solution. These are the guys that make you want to own your own stuff because they are completely useless. Unfortunately, I cannot at all recommend this property management company. The property was not cleaned before move it, yet they expect it to be in better condition when you move out than when you moved in. When asked to provide reciepts of "professional cleaning" services they cannot not will not provide them. They tried to pass off a hand written receipt with no date and no company information as a “proof of cleaning”. I am an owner and am using LEAP to manage my property. I see many 4 and 5 stars and it makes me wonder what went wrong with the managing of my property. My issue with this company was their handling of changing out tenants. Even after all the following issues, they had no problem taking out their full fee out of the monthly rent, as if they had met all of their promises. The experience has been very good over all with handling of many cases. Sometimes the time frame to reply is a little slow. Better staff than competitor and better rates.
