I have multiple Properties being managed by Leap. I give them 5 stars because they ve done what they said they would do. Put quality tenants in my homes, handled all repairs and leasing of the home. A well spoken group of people, willing to help me with my needs as an owner. Very pleased with their performance thus far in my several years worth of time spent with Leap. I recommend them to any home owner looking to lease/ manage there home.

I called up there to LEAP on monday, Someone Showed me the house the same day. Applied online WHICH IS GREAT ...They ran my application. Was approved on Wednesday and Moved in Friday. I needed a home quick as I was moving to a new city and LEAP was there for me. Can t thank em enough.

POTENTIAL RENTERS BEWARE! This company will take advantage of unsuspecting tenants. Front desk lady Nancy and property manager Krysten are very rude. They will charge you WAY too much if you are even 1 hour late on rent, and then not return your calls or emails. They waited over a week to cash a rent payment, and then it bounced because WE thought it had been cashed already. They waited nearly 2 weeks to TEXT me and tell me we then owed close to \$1000 in late charges! When i asked if they would work with me on the late fees... read more
