Do NOT let this company lease your property. They are shady and charge their clients fees for their mistakes. RUN!!! The Manager Amanda Rich is Narcissist and Bully! The owner doesnt respond to complaints. They charged me because they sent the wrong type of contractor to fix a doorbell when I clearly let them know in writing that my Ring doorbell still was not working. I have had the same issue since last August 2019. So now they are charging me $625 because they sent the wrong contractor out.

Dealing with Leap Management has been a horrible experience for me and my family on moving here to Texas, Since we moved in the home in May, we have had to complain about things that were broken within the home such as the glass top stove being broken and it took 3 months to replace, The Property Manager Thomas Lial has taken his position and walked into the home unannounced while my sister was taking a shower, and when she screamed for him to leave he lied and said he was the AC guy, which led to the police being called out... read more

I was referred to Leap by my realtor. I just bought 2 properties in Denton and needed them leased. Jason and Thomas, with Leap took over and impressed me and my wife.
