The LEAP software has improved over the years, but still presents challenges to end users looking for (a) basic document management functionality, such as the ability to "drag and drop" documents, export more than 100 documents at a time, etc., and (b) stable and reliable performance. The software itself works fine, it's easier to maintain than PCLAW ever was, but LEAP NEEDS to invest in a North American call center. Lawyers need their problems fixed during their business hours, and having the support 3000 miles away is a huge hinderance. Will change to 5 star if the support options improve.

We have been using LEAP for 3 years and haven't had any issues at all. We used to use Divorcemate, Amicus attorney and accounting, PC Law and another "cloud based" which I won't share as that was the worst experience ever. LEAP helped us transition smoothly and trained us. Software is easy to use and meets our need to work remotely while on vacation as well in any country.
