I had Krisha assist me today and I can say, I absolutely am impressed with her! I'm not even sure if I qualified (which I assume I would based on my income/single mom etc). Either way. Krisha was amazing! Super friendly. She made sure all my documents were in place and the fastest way to get them to her so she could get my application process going as fast as possible.
I’m disabled due to cancer and also a single mom. The LEAP program has been such a gift. This year they replaced our furnace, got me a new energy efficient refrigerator and added insulation and weatherstripping to my home. No charge. I’m also enrolled in the winter heating program. My experience has been wonderful and I have had no issues with the website and applications, although they require a fair amount of documentation are not difficult. Thanks!!
