I honestly cannot find the words to describe such an amazing, loving, and wonderful place. doctor atem and her staff are very genuine and patient. everyone here is so caring and full of compassion. i would recommend this place to every single person on the planet if i could! 💜💜
This is a wonderful place to go get the help you need! Atem is an absolutely amazing provider. She’s kind, caring and extremely understanding. She focuses on your mental health as a whole without judgement. I’m so glad I located this provider!
very unprofessional and inconsiderate. They call all day, multiple times a day and send texts messages over and over to confirm appointments. Then the day of the appointment the dr either calls 30 mins early or an hour late. They knew the pharmacy was trying to reach them and they never contacted me. They charge for everything including “paperwork “. The dr doesn’t listen well either. The older lady at front desk is rude and will not take accountability. Would not recommend this practice. They are not very transparent, and it feels like they don't answer questions very well and with care. It feels like they are just there trying to make money. They charged me almost $200 for a drug test which wasn't even necessary for me to have based on my situation. I didn't even know I'd be charged until I received a bill in the mail. This feels shady and not compliant with the good faith estimate act.
