Please look for a better psychiatrist! They terminated me bc I said someone left a voicemail on my answering machine and I couldn’t understand a word she was saying. The front desk is the worst! They just sit at the front gossiping and talking spanish. There’s an older lady that is very rude and neglectful. They would call all day as if people don’t have jobs. And when they couldn’t get in contact with me they left me a voicemail that is unintelligible. You can’t make out a word the girl is saying bc she is talking so fast.
I’ve been to so many mental health clinics my whole life, and this is the first one where I felt comfortable being myself and telling the truth. They actually listened, prescribed the right medication, and made me feel understood. I finally feel like I’m in the right place and on the right path.
The provider at LeanOnMe is genuinely caring and takes a sincere interest in your well-being. When you finally meet with them, you feel heard and supported, and it’s clear they want to help. Unfortunately, everything leading up to the actual appointment is overshadowed by the office’s incompetence. The front office staff is consistently late and unorganized. Dr. Dibaki and Dr. Egbetambe have both been incredibly supportive throughout my treatment. They are both personable and take the time to really listen to me, making me feel heard and understood.
