We recently purchased a a home and had several options for lenders. We ended up going with Leanne for multiple reasons. First she was upfront from the beginning, getting information was never difficult. Secondly, I am sometimes hesitant to ask questions that I feel I should know the answer to, Leanne was always eager to answer literally any question I had patiently and in detail. Working with her was a pleasure, I'd certainly do again and will be referring her.
LeAnne and her team at Universal Lending made the first-time home buying experience seamless. LeAnne was extremely patient with all my questions and always willing to go that extra step to make sure your needs are being met. She is responsive, knowledgeable and efficient. Truly grateful to have met and worked with such GREAT people. I will certainly use LeAnne again in the future!
LeAnne and her team were incredibly helpful and professional and made the whole loan process feel easy and stress-free. They were always happy to answer any questions we had, but we had fewer questions as they had given us good information up front.
