Surprisingly good Pizza! Being from NY, i am a Pizza Snob. I can't even tell you how many pizza places we have walked out of, leaving the pizza on the table; or, if delivery, the whole thing went in the trash. When i found Leaning Tower, i gave them a try and was shocked. i actually really really really like their pizza! my fave is the house special, with added garlic. I loved their fried shrooms, stuffed jalapeno poppers, artichoke salad, fried calamari appetizer, and of course wings with blue cheese. AND don't forget the c... read more
Horrible!!! We ordered a Tower Torpedo which is described as fresh baked bread with ham, salami, pepperoni, pickles, mushrooms, lettuce and tomato. It was a horrendously burnt, paper-thin crust baked thing. To make matters worse, all of the veggies were cooked. Cooked lettuce and pickles (more like raw cucumbers) are disgusting! My roommate had an Eggplant Parm hoagie and specifically asked for toasted bread. The bread was warm but not toasted. We also ordered a two liter of Pepsi, which was hot. Good prices, good pizza We used to live just off Madison st which is close to this pizza place. Weekly we'd order out from here - the large pizza's are reasonably priced - around $10 and they don't have too much sauce, etc. Really good pizza, not overwhelming with sauce or toppings, just right. The inside is nice too and has a nice environment - photos on the wall, etc. not like your typical pizza place. Nice!
Lovely comfortable Pizza place I love The Leaning Tower Pizza, my whole family has gone there for our birthdays and other celebrations since I was about 10 years old. It has lovely paintings all over the walls inside. It has comfy seats and a nice bar. The pizza is to die for but they also serve great sandwiches and all the other basic Italian foods you can imagine.
Good food and prices This was the first pizza place we treied after moving from New York to Florida. My first impression I did not like the pizza, but after trying other restaurants I see why this is the best in town. I got spoiled with NY pizza I guess. The pizza is clean, the sauce is not to thick or spicy and the cheese is not piled on and tastes very fresh. We tried some of their salads which were very fresh also, the lettuce was crisp as well as all the other items in the salad. I was also impressed by the prices, the l... read more
Best Pizza since New York I have been coming to Leaning Tower for over 20 years. And everytime I go I feel as if I was in a pizza place in Little Italy New York. The food is great.
