Leaner Fitness is an awesome place! Justin and all the trainers are welcoming, knowledgeable, and motivating!! The gym is well equipped and they are excited to support you wherever you are on your fitness journey. I highly recommend them!
Delightful program that is easy to navigate, designed to hit every muscle group in 45 minutes. And, with consistent attendance you will have improved flexibility and balance, be stronger and feel better.
Great facility with expert, knowledgeable staff! They excel in working with past and present injuries being completely mindful of exercises to improve strength and flexibility! Awesome crew!!
I have worked with coach Justin since before he opened this studio. He has put together a great space and an amazing team. The best part is a limit on the number of people who can sign up for any time slot in the studio, so it’s never crowded.
