I had vertical gastric sleeve surgery 8 yrs ago, but my restriction is still in place, so I still eat tiny meals. Leandro is incredible knowledgeable and wise with also an affable warm personality. He just is incredibly gifted in understanding the process’s of the human body. He’s the only one I’d go to for nutrition and internal health.
