This was my first time in the store and I came in with a small repair. Brett was extremely polite and helpful and ended up doing the repair so that I didn’t have to send it off. While he was working I had an opportunity to view the jewelry offered. He has an exceptional selection and I will certainly be back to shop. Thank you Brett you are an asset to Franklin!!

Service is lacking and when you come in your not even acknowledged….not that I want the red carpet rolled out, it wasn’t even busy. The lady seems so unfriendly and you can tell she doesn’t want to be working. Hollifield’s in Sylva has a great selection, pricing and customer service.
