Bobbi, John and their team are amazing! My favorite products are the herbal tea, which is revitalizing and refreshing and the herbal aloe concentrate which has greatly improved my digestive issues. The shakes aid with my weight loss and I have seen results. The team at Lean and Fit Nutrition also help me with my weight loss journey by providing useful tips and advice as well we weigh-in consults. They really care about their clients. I highly recommend!
Wow what a selection of smoothie choices. And they taste great and I stayed full for a long time. And starting next Wednesday yoga and a smoothie 5:30 p.m. but you got to pre-register because of limited space
Awesome awesome awesome! Great smoothie, peach iced tea and a shot of aloe... all for $7.00! Very knowledgeable, vanilla based products are all gluten free and 200 calories.
