I traded in a truck to the gmc dealership and got a brand new truck , Adnan was our salesman. When we stepped into the door we were greeted and welcomed properly, we went for a walk to see if there was anything on the lot that we were interested in. Great people to deal with.
Tried to buy a car from here two months ago signed a bill of sale and all left my ownership with them 2 weeks later they tell me the car I signed for wasn't approved but then choose a vehicle without speaking to me ran my credit and approved me for a bigger more expensive car! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour to leave a customers sitting waiting 2 weeks all the while making financial decisions on the customers behalf without contacting them! This 1 star review is for the add on value that Leamington GMC provides in the car wash ticket they give out for Double 77 car wash. The discounted deluxe car wash at Double 77 which costs 4.00 is not worth 4 cents. When most of the car is not washed or cleaned and this is something Leamington GMC advertises as an added value it detracts from the overall value of the service completed at the dealership.
