Tried to book as new patient with new DrAlex. He has multiple empty appts but can't book online as new patient. So I called to book as new patient in all those empty appts. Reception say the books are closed to new patients even though there are multiple vacant appts. Not Happy. Not good service turning down new patients for an empty GP bookings...Potential new patients unable to book multiple vacant appt on same day is not good management. Someone needs to review process me thinks 🤔
This clinic ticks the boxes, caring, experienced and clean. Dr. Arthur is who i see but I would be happy to see any of the Doctors at Leake Street Clinic. I am very grateful to the people that work there.
I highly recommend Leake St Clinic. I’ve been going to the clinic for over 20 years & find Dr Paul very attentive & caring. In fact all the Doctors there are wonderful, I would see any one of them. The reception staff are lovely, friendly & helpful. Please note…Jan has left the building!!!
