James was great! Found the leak in our pool and patched it up for us. Very thorough and great customer service. Even found a snake in the skimmer, removed it, and showed me where to look to ensure everyone stays safe while cleaning the skimmer out!
Pinpointed my main water line's leak in the yard within an hour of arriving, & I didn't have to dig up the whole yard. There were no wet spots in the yard to identify the leak, so I gave leak squad a call. The leak in the line was exactly where he flagged.
Roy with Leak Squad was able to come out the same day we called concerning a serious pipe burst within our slab floor at the hot water tank. He used his leak detection equipment to pinpoint and verify the leaks source and then explained how we could remedy the problem and get the water turned back on in the house with minimal down time. Very honest, very dependable service. They got my leak detected quickly as the tech had an idea of where to trace the leak first. They also gave me a follow up call to check and make sure that I was able to have the repairs taken of and was satisfied with the service. Very nice and professional business. Have used this company for several years while working on swimming pools. They have in the past done a good job. Last year the ownership of the company changed (I believe) and everything has gone downhill. I had them at one customer and the technician broke a Union on the filter and then tried to say it was already broken (total BS).
