My name is Mike Seibold, owner and founder of Seibold Construction Inc., recently dubbed "The Leak Master." After over 5,000 complete roof installations, we have essentially redefined the meaning of a good roof. Our focus is providing "you" the customer with peace of mind. Throughout a typical shingle installation, special attention is given to detailing louvres, vents, chimney flashing, skylights, valleys and roof edges susceptible to ice backup.

Leak Master In our home recently, we had a decent size leak. My husband, being the handy-man that he is, thought he is thought he could fix the leak. However, he couldn't. So we had to call a place that specialized in leaks. We found one place in the phone book, but they couldn't come out until the next day. So we called Leak Master in Buffalo, NY. Worked very hard to fix troublesome leak We had a leak around our chimney and the problem was not obvious. Leak Master worked very hard to locate the problem, including using a garden hose and going in the attic. The last piece of the puzzle was a small opening that couldn't be seen unless you actually lay down on the roof. It took them a couple of attempts to find all of the problems and fix them, but they cheerfully came back for no charge until every problem was fixed. I was very pleased!
