Some notes to summarize our experience: • Their tech Dylan had to come out twice to diagnose our issue, and even after that, there wasn't an accurate diagnosis. We were told to "cut into" our drywall and "take a look around." • We diagnosed the issue ourselves, no drywall damage was needed. It was an issue that was previously brought up by us, and Dylan replied that it "wouldn't generate enough water" to cause the leak we saw. Michael Houston, the Leak Locators Techician, that came to our house was amazing! Our house is on a concrete slab foundation. We knew we had a leak in the water pipes but had absolutely no idea where it was since we don't have a crawl space. Michael used amazing little tool that helped him locate exactly where the pipe leak was and it took less than 2 hours. Wow! I don't know how we could have been more impressed with Kyle Cummings and the work he did for us in finding a major leak. It was very clear from the minute he came to the door that he knew what he was doing, and that he had a well thought out process.
