I called leak locaters after noticing water pooling in our front yard with no obvious source. Kyle stopped the flow of water in no time, but made sure to run a few tests to both confirm his hypothesis about the origin of the problem and ensure the solution had not had any negative impacts on our water supply. He explained next steps very clearly and charged less than was originally quoted since he addressed the problem so quickly. Thank you, Kyle!

Kyle and Dylan were lifesavers! After weeks of an awful intermittent sewer smell in our main level bathroom, a smoke test revealed the culprit was the toilet! What a relief to know the source after trying lots of fixes and theorizing about possible causes on our own. Kyle went above and beyond and consulted plumber colleagues to identify the specific breakdown and concluded it was a cracked internal toilet p-trap! Never ever could we have figured that one out. I wish I could rate a zero or negative value. Some notes to summarize our experience: • Their tech Dylan had to come out twice to diagnose our issue, and even after that, there wasn't an accurate diagnosis. We were told to "cut into" our drywall and "take a look around." • We diagnosed the issue ourselves, no drywall damage was needed. It was an issue that was previously brought up by us, and Dylan replied that it "wouldn't generate enough water" to cause the leak we saw.
