After doing a "check-up" with our heat pump unit, the tech discovered it was low on refrigerant and did not have the type of refrigerant with him at his visit. He said someone would contact us for him to visit again to fill up our unit. After one week , I called Leair and I was told that someone would be calling me to follow up. After 2 weeks we had another company come in and fill up our refrigerant...He said it was just over 4 lbs. low with no leaks in our unit. Which suggest that it was never filled to necessary capacity to begin with!~ I called Leair after receiving a bill about 6 weeks after the original visit. I called the company on the day of the visit to pay in full for the visit. I reminded the person of me calling on the day of the visit to pay the bill...gave credit card number and all that time. She remembered and apologized. Wow, this company has some serious problems!! We will not be using their services again and DO NOT recommend them under any circumstances.
