After doing a "check-up" with our heat pump unit, the tech discovered it was low on refrigerant and did not have the type of refrigerant with him at his visit. He said someone would contact us for him to visit again to fill up our unit. After one week , I called Leair and I was told that someone would be calling me to follow up. After 2 weeks we had another company come in and fill up our refrigerant...He said it was just over 4 lbs. low with no leaks in our unit.
