Michelle R. is such a professional, and was more than accomodating and welcoming. I had the pleasure of meeting Michelle (and Jorge) during my tour of the complex; she guided me on a phone tour, and then encouraged that I visit the sister property to explore all of my options. We are extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service of the leasing office. Made a reservation for an in-person tour on 10/12/24 at 4:30 pm and received the confirmation email, along with the contact information of the community manager. We drove 40 minutes and arrive at 4:10pm (there was no one there). Tried calling the number on official website but there was no response (apparently the leasing office is not opened on Saturday, but the website said it is supposed to open on Saturday).
