I truly wish I had read the Google reviews more carefully before being talked into signing here. For a nearly $4,000/month 1b1b once utilities are added, the overall quality of this place is honestly insulting. The materials throughout the apartment feel cheap, the appliances are low-grade, and the construction quality is deeply disappointing. We lived here for 7 months before deciding that paying over $7,000 in early termination fees was worth it just to get out. During the tour, the leasing team painted a picture of a peaceful, well-maintained community. What we actually got was something else entirely. 1. Move-in “welcome gifts” On our second day, we found the previous tenant’s dirty socks sitting next to the washer. Maintenance came to retrieve the socks — no apology offered.
