the maintenance team at leahy is amazing, specifically Woodmont folks. Theyre super professional, quick and friendly. They do an amazing job at taking care of all our needs. other than the new maintenance team, there's a lot of room for improvement. The appliances definitely could be upgraded. Washer and Dryer are very old school.
Quick prompt service from Edy! super satisfied
Great work from Vince and Edy from the maintenance team. They were so friendly, component, and really went the extra mile to help me get my shower fixed.
The property has distinctly gone down in the couple years after it re-opened in 2021 after evicting its last residents to renovate to charge higher rents. I give it three stars because my rent was reasonable for a while and the area is convenient for driving and lovely for walking.
