Dr. Zhrebker is professional and compassionate. Nurse Delia is too! I also love everyone in the infusion room. Having cancer is scary and it can be overwhelming, but I feel like I am truly cared for. I am supported when I am confident and I am encouraged and informed when I feel like I can't get through it. I know I am in good hands with the team at Texas Oncology. They aren't just there to administer drugs, they care and it shows. I highly recommend Texas Oncology located in Bedford!
I am not a patient of Dr. Zhrebker, but my sister is. I have been very disappointed with the care she has received. When my sister sought a second opinion at MD Anderson, she was met with frustration and an unwillingness to communicate. Any time she has questioned her treatment plan, she has been met with anger instead of open discussion. I don’t think that I can adequately express how much respect I have for Dr Zhrebker. I have been her patient for 5 years. She is probably the only doctor in this journey that I do not dread seeing. Her positive attitude has helped me meet each challenge along the way. She is very knowledgeable and current. She answers every question I have in a way that I can understand and I feel that I can ask her anything. I think she is the best.
