Worst doctor I have ever known. I had an appointment with her with a very stressful and bad medical situation and all she said to me was that I needed to go see another doctor because she won't help me. Awful doctor. Stay away from her.
Impossible to get through on the published phone number. Tried 5 times. My husband tried three times wire a text no response. Seriously poor service or lack of office personnel. Really quite ridiculous. Please doctor I need help not even the ability to communicate.
I've received outstanding customer service from the front & back office in Dr. Nakamura's office in Huntington. Dr. Nakamura is so compassionate and generous with her time, she answered all of my questions with a smile (even under a mask), and one can see she does her work with a wonderful attitude. Thank you, Dr Nakamura for having such a great staff!
Dr. Nakamura is wonderful. She really takes the time to explain and there was nothing to be embarrassed about. Had a procedure done and everything was great, from scheduling, hospital staff etc. highly recommend her and her office.
