Beth Dempewolf, my agent. I give Beth 5 stars because she is heavy on action. "Okay, the sewer lateral came in at $7,000 but I called another one that came in at $5,500 and it includes sidewalk". "OK, if you want to do a rent back let me write it up and see if you like it". Beth adds value. Beth and Leah work closely together. Instead of trying to reschedule, Leah will show up if Beth is double booked. As agents, they should "cost more" for premium service. Highly recommend.
Beth is an amazing agent. She performed her responsibilities above and beyond our expectation. For example, when a seller's permits were in question, she went to the city hall and talked to the building department to find out more details, and so on. She was always punctual and very professional. We are very happy and recommend Beth highly!
