Dr. Skaggs is by far the most genuine, knowledgeable, and caring OB/GYN that I have encountered. She provides a very thorough examination with the utmost level of professionalism. She makes you feel important and heard when discussing your health and wellness. I would highly recommend Dr. Skaggs!
