Great and friendly care with exceptional service!
I’ve been going to this dental office for a while now, and even after moving farther away, I still make the drive because it’s absolutely worth it. The level of customer service here is hard to find, everyone is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about your experience. The staff always make you feel comfortable, and they take the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciate. It never feels rushed, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. The actual dentist was great. Everything else was questionable. The dental hygienist apparently left an EYELASH (who’s eyelash?? We all want to know.) under my temporary crown, which ended up causing PERMANENT nerve damage for which I am currently seeing a different dentist to get a root canal for. For some reason, they billed me for the appointment to correct their mistakes-$600 for that one appointment, in fact. Dr.K was great and everyone in the office is very knowledgeable. I was comfortable and the treatment options I was given were great. Very modern dentistry. They are 3D printing crowns on site!
I have been a patient for decades and couldn't be happier with my experience! It has been exceptional!
