Very caring Doctor, she's always willing to spend all the time needed with me as her patient. Very rare quality in the Medical profession today.
Needed a test to see if I had an infection. Could not get the simple test after doing the correct steps. After sending her office an email (granted I was not happy), she called me (2nd admonishing phone call) and was almost yelling at me by the end of the call. No patient should be treated and spoken to like that.
Dr.Madsen was very nice and looked over my meds and did change when to take it, Up one of my meds, checked to see it my ankles , legs, and checked me over. and she was nice doctor,.
