The last bad experience with Madsen and staff was just trying to get a very simple test done. It got all messed up and I didn’t get get the test I needed even though I called and made an appointment explaining what I needed the day before. I wrote an email telling what happened and asking what went wrong. I got a phone call from a very angry, perturbed Madsen about my email. Dr Leah Madsen is an exceptional doctor who takes the time to listen to her patients. I have been a patient of Dr Madsen for 10+ years as have all three of my children. In all the years we have seen her we have felt cared for and listened to. Her staff is friendly and easy to deal with and all messages are answered in a timely manner.
