Wow!! Couldn’t be any happier with what Hector did with my jewelry. Brought in jewelry that was given to me by my mother in law to have the diamonds put in new settings. Another jeweler in elmhurst told me to save my money and just buy new, but Hector was so friendly and welcoming. I’m so happy I went to him. And I’ll definitely go back for more pieces. To add, he is the one who does the work. He doesn’t send it out, like the other place mentioned.

Hector is an unprofessional shyster. He ruined a stone in a ring he was resizing. Offered to reimburse me for the cost of the ring over the phone if I showed him the invoice. I showed him my invoice and he tries telling me its not real when I pulled up the invoice in my email as well as the website I purchased it from. This guy is a clown and an unprofessional sleezeball.
DON’T COME HERE!! I was very disappointed with Hector’s service. I brought my ring to him to resize and he gave a ring that didn’t look like mine. I gave him a second try, and when I went with my Fiancé to pick it up for the second time, the stone was completely different. He offered us a refund for what it was purchased for and then when I let him talk to my fiancé privately, I heard nothing but insults and him refusing to give the money back.
