I have a small gold chain with a charm with my late mom‘s handwriting on it. The chain got snagged and broke off right at the clasp. The gentleman at Leah jewelers was fantastic. He fixed it for me in less than a minute while I waited, and did it at no charge. What amazing service!

Wow!! Couldn’t be any happier with what Hector did with my jewelry. Brought in jewelry that was given to me by my mother in law to have the diamonds put in new settings. Another jeweler in elmhurst told me to save my money and just buy new, but Hector was so friendly and welcoming. I’m so happy I went to him. And I’ll definitely go back for more pieces. To add, he is the one who does the work. He doesn’t send it out, like the other place mentioned.

Hector is an unprofessional shyster. He ruined a stone in a ring he was resizing. Offered to reimburse me for the cost of the ring over the phone if I showed him the invoice. I showed him my invoice and he tries telling me its not real when I pulled up the invoice in my email as well as the website I purchased it from. This guy is a clown and an unprofessional sleezeball.
