Excellent patient care for my granddaughter. Dr. Higginbotham explains everything in a way that you can understand and provides additional guidance on other medical issues that may need to be addressed. The nurses and staff are always pleasant and friendly.
I've been taking my kids here for five years. They have always been kind and professional. I especially love how quickly we are taken back and see our doctor. Dr. Higginbotham has always been kind and thorough. We live thirty minutes away and I've thought about switching because of the drive, but I can't bring myself to do it since we've always had such good experiences there!
My concern was addressed with concern and professionalism. I would highly recommend this practice!
