I think Dr. Delfinado is great. 5 stars for her. The staff in the office is kind of rude and immature in stark contrast and could use better customer training. No one needs someone to be a jerk (Alma) to them right after they've had a pelvic exam. I've been going to this office for years and this has been the first time I've had this experience. Dr. Delfinado is wonderful! No, really: I wouldn't normally review a medical professional on Yelp for very private matters like this, but she was great. I elected to have a somewhat atypical-for-my-age procedure done and she was not judgmental in the least; she took the time to talk through all of the options with me and offered guidance regarding my personal situation.
