I suffer from extreme anxiety, and she has made coming to the office so much better for me. She listens to all of my concerns and I’m not insured so she even makes sure whatever she prescribes or labs she orders are within my budget before sending them out. She has been so good for health.
Our children had been seeing Dr. Craft for several years (since their birth) until a recent out of state move. My husband has ADHD and severe anxiety. She was always very patient and listened to his concerns. If she wanted a second opinion about something, she told us and didn't try to treat something she was unfamiliar with. She did start with standard treatments but when they didn't work the way they should, she gave a referral to a specialist (GI, immunology, dermatology, etc). She has high ethical standards. we have had Dr Craft be our PCP for several years now - very pleased with how she has served both of us - we are older, have health issues and she has earned our trust - the same is true with the staff - would recommend
She's gone above and beyond for myself and my daughter, we've been seeing her for going on five years now, she has never undermined me as a parent, always respected boundaries, has done everything in her power to keep me and my daughter safe and healthy. I recommend her regularly.
I had given up faith in Beacon Health until Dr. Craft became my doctor. She was thorough, considerate, and very attentive.
Please do your research and choose another physician. Dr. Craft misdiagnosed my son twice and caused him to put through a plethora of unwarranted, painful, medications and procedures which can now not be reversed. Litigation is pending.
I think doctor craft is a terrible doctor that should have her license revoked!!! Please find a different doctor if you have a chance.
