I’ve been a loyal Leah Alexandra customer for years and my husband and I have made numerous purchases at this store, including a recent $600 visit for solid gold permanent bracelets. After my last experience, I will not be returning — and I feel other customers deserve to know what happened. Very unfortunate that the good quality is so poor. I bought a gold chain last January 2025 and within the year the clasp broke which lead to me almost losing my bracelet. I returned to have it replaced with a stronger clasp, within 6 months the connector broke which I had to bring in again to repair. Within the week that clasp also broke as it appeared thin and now I have officially lost the bracelet. Cute items but not worth the price. I wish the company focused more on quality vs aesthetics only.
SAVE YOUR MONEY. Poor product quality and worse customer service. I purchased a faux pearl bracelet for my wife. After six weeks, the finish on the pearls wore off. Took the bracelet back to the store in Vancouver. They would not replace or refund the item. After six weeks!!! Their “warranty” does not cover poor quality product. Will not be shopping this company again.
My sister and I both bought the same bracelet, each costing close to $300, about a year ago to mark our birthday milestones, so it was meant to be something special.
