I like their bracelets however I find that they’re easily breakable. Unfortunately mine broke while on a walk and I only noticed when I got home, and then I couldn’t find it when I retraced my steps. I know I’m not the only person to have experienced this issue as my friends’ bracelet also broke on her.

Don’t even bother. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. We bought a piece as a gift, and less than four weeks later we brought it back because it had developed noticeable scratches. Instead of trying to help, we were told they don’t cover “wear and tear.” The staff’s attitude felt very accusatory, as if we had been abusing the jewelry rather than wearing it normally for 2-3 times. Not gold filled. My jewelry tarnished silver. It’s gold vermeil even though staff will swear it’s gold filled Update to response: I’m not referring to the anklet, I’m referring to the stacking ring. If you looked into this you would know that’s what I emailed and came into the store about because I sent a photo of the ring and also brought it in store.
