My girlfriends and I had a great experience at LA’s flagship store. It was easy to make an appointment online for the permanent jewellery. I wish I got the name of the sales associate helping us with the bracelets! She was so patient and readjusted the length for us until it was perfect. I came to Canada for a day trip and wanted a souvenir to bring back home with me. I saw online that Leah Alexandra Jewelry had a lot of options which is what I love so I came by to check it out. I was an hour early to my appointment, but the employees were so sweet to allow me to get my permanent jewelry done early since they had time. The girl who did my permanent bracelet was very patient with me while I looked at the options and picked what I wanted. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Came in to get a bracelet re-welded, and since it broke at an odd spot, Yasmin recommended that we add a new longer section, and remove an older section to create a ring instead. 10/10!!
