Came here to re-spark my permanent bracelet. Staff here were so lovely and repaired my bracelet even though it wasn’t originally from LAJ. I paid a small fee of $15 and agreed that there is no warranty. My friend and I were previously turned away from Melanie Auld. They said they could not do it which I’m sure is not true.
Visited this flagship store for the first time after my friend recommended. I eventually bought a neckless with the Black Friday promotion. Their jewelry is pretty, however; what I would like to mention is customer service: the short girl with glasses was quite rude and couldn't assist with my inquiries.
