Went here with a friend for my birthday yesterday & the woman who did our bracelets was unprofessional and quite rude to say the least. At first the bracelet was large so I asked if she would be able to take the length down “just a little bit please”. She then cut the bracelet to adjust however it was too tight. She then got annoyed, told me “I barely took off any length”, gave attitude, pretended to cut a new length, and then proceeded to put the same size bracelet on. Update: I got my bracelet resparked today by Kiana and Teresa! Both are so nice and helpful and my best thanks to them. I’ll keep an eye on the bracelet in case I see any issues of breakage. Thanks to Leah Alexandra :)
