I was shown these apartments, and I absolutely LOVE them! I saw them years ago and the new management has completely changed them for the better! Can not wait to move in!
I've lived here for 4 years and I'm sad to say I've got to go to move closer to work. They did a stand up job remodeling these before I moved in, in 2021. New floors. Cabinets. Everything. Tons of cabinet space. Nice and quiet in old League City. Close to everything, but still has a small town feel.
I have been living here for the last two years. I have loved it. They were nice and clean, no issues with bugs or roaches. And the grounds were always well maintained. I rarely had any issues with my unit, but when I did Kim Lea was on top of it! Maintenance responded quickly! I’m moving locations due to my job, if it wasn’t for that I’d still be living here.
Wow! What a big turnaround they look so good Love the new look, I hope they find good and responsable residents that deserve to live nicely
These apartments are fantastic, they have done a first class renovation with lots of attention to detail. The common area in front is beautiful as well as the interior. I was particularly impressed with the fact that the materials used (door hardware, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, appliances) are high quality. I'm sure this is a very nice neighborhood but the security of a fence is appreciated. Met the landlord, Masad, real nice and very conscientious of the needs of the tenants. Glad my son chose these apartments.
