Awesome I was on my way out the door for work and when I try to open the garage door, it only goes up 2 inches, and then shuts. Like an idiot I do it again and again. I inspect the door and realize the torsion spring snapped in 2, probably over night. I thought I could lift open the garage door, after all, before I got the automatic opener, that's how we got in and out of the garage. They work fast and sure Very friendly and went out of his way to do a great repair at a reasonable cost. None of us wants to feel like we are being jacked and I highly recommend using this guy if you need a garage door repair or replacement.
