Customer service and feedback lacking…
I have been going here for the last few years and they are fantastic! Dr. Vuong is terrific and so are the ladies up front. Very customer service friendly and efficient. They are knowledgeable and helpful!
Amy’s service and professionalism was absolutely amazing! She helped me pick out the right safety frame for my work glasses and catered to my every need while I was there! Thank you so much for the help. I will definitely be back and also referring additional customers her way!
Eye exam was GREAT! They talked me into the progressive bifocal glasses when we're made 100% wrong. Then wanted to charge me AGAIN for single vision so I could see! Not paying over $300 for ONE pair of glasses!! They didn't offer a re exam. Or a correction of the glasses NOTHING!
