I had to give one star in order to write a review but I wouldn't even give that. Basically they are under staffed and I myself have post job opening helping to get a worker for my son. They dnt have sub like other companies, dnt communicate with each other from owner to bt. The bt are ppl they hire off the street. Supervisors only attended my house once after I requested another supervisor step in and come to my house.Because I kept doing it on zoom.And the b t weren't showing my son correctly so that the Supervisor can see.... read more
I completed all of my paperwork for my son in March .It is now august and my son has not been seen .I have to keep calling and asking what’s going on . I keep being told “ we’ll have someone call you “ no one does . I just want to get the help my son needs . I feel that they don’t care . It’s very upsetting .
