Overpriced gutters with high pressure sales and then fail to deliver on advertised promised. I see their constant ads on TV and wonder how many others were cheated.

This newly installed leaf guard gutter, well the rain water runs over the gutter system not into the gutter. A total waste of money

Just finished up with a most unpleasant home sales presentation (**** ******** **.) from this company. Although salesperson OWEN started out explaining the merits of the LEAFGUARD system politely and informatively, when it came time to ask us if we'd like to purchase this very expensive system, he would not take NO for an answer. LeafGuard advertises and puts in the contract no gutter clogs and if it does clog they will come and clean it out. I contacted them the first week of April, 2019. I was asked for a photo of my gutters to determine which kind of theirs I had. I emailed photos. After many efforts to communicate, in May they promised to send a crew to clean them out. My elderly mother called LeafGuard to come to her house and give her an estimate to replace her gutters. The number started at over +8K for a small ranch house. I think they quoted 176 feet of gutters. She said that was too much. In fact she had K Guard out and their quote was only 3,000 The salesman then said how about $53 a month for 18 months? Leafguard is aggressive in their sales pitch and dishonest. I called about a few leaky spots in the gutters. I had in mind their boldly promised warranty and have been very disappointed. Someone came out to my house and made a big deal out of an insurance claim saying I had storm damage. Our insurance company sent someone out who said we in fact don't have storm damage and the install job looked shoddy. The insurances person even encouraged me to look on the roof with them. if I could leave 100 STARS I would. I had some minor damage at a corner of one of my gutters. they came right out and fixed it for me at no charge. they were very nice and treated me with respect. Not like some other companies I have dealt with in the past. GREAT JOB LEAFGUARD.
Bought and received this product back in 5/2018. Was promised a $100 lowe's giftcard but never received since. When i finally decided to call leafguard regarding the issue, it has now been over 2 months of being in contact with one of their representatives who promises that it is in the mail or that he will drop it off at my house or it's in the mail again or again that he will have someone drop it off but always comes up with excuses (lies) as to why i still do not have the giftcard. The sales team strategy used by LeafGuard demands that the homeowner make a decision on the spot on a very expensive product without permitting any additional time to consider the decision. The LeafGuard sales team states the lowest price they will ever see will be the one offered at that moment.
