Chance came out to give us an estimate to replace our gutters. He called the day before our appointment to confirm the time and place and he arrived on time. He was very professional and informative. He took measurements and pictures of our existing system and showed us various options to upgrade it. Overall not a great customer experience. There sale team needs better training.
Damien Morast and Thaine Williamson were responsible no-nonsence workers who got the job done. They were polite and courteous.
These people are the absolute biggest scammers. You do not take no for an answer and you lie right to our face. Originally trying to charge $20,000+ minus $2000 for your gutters (labor). You gave a $1000+ discount if I leave a google review. I ask to test your product, and you have some excuse saying you can't level it right and some crap about finger oil causing your product to not work. It doesn't work. The 2 installers were very professional and courteous and I was extremely surprised at how fast the gutters were completely installed. I will highly recommend them to the Community Park and neighbors.
