So it was a highly informative experience, right from the initial meeting with the sales representative Rob, who was very professional and knowledgeable, he came with a variety of competitors products on the market including their own Leaf Filter ( which we found to be a hands down winner). Excellent job and very satisfied.
Largely a very untrustworthy company. Their service team will deny anything the salesperson promises so if you have a salesperson at the door right now or have an install booked you should consider cancelling it. The headaches and run arounds they’ll put you through to even get any support after the install will leave you regretful that you didn’t just pay someone to clean the gutters every year and a half. It is never as bad as they say it is.
I’d like to share my experience working here, and it’s been absolutely wonderful. The work environment is incredibly friendly, and everyone is supportive, making it a place you look forward to coming to every day. We all help each other out to get things done efficiently, and there’s a genuine focus on keeping our customers happy. It truly feels like a second home!
