terrible waste of time they talked me out of a gutter clean out and gaurds also was rude reps came late as hell pulled up in a beat up dodge charger dude was talking to.us like children no good
Drew was excellent , great price, explained very well.
Do not use. Horrible business. Hired them to fix leaky gutter. They inspected the gutters and recommended that they reseal them for $350. The gutter still leaks and they refuse to fix problem without $600 more dollars. Horrible communication, called 8 times before could even get a straight answer. Would give them zero stars if a I could.
I had an appointment scheduled on yesterday with a window from 8am to 12pm to repair leaf filters that were damaged from the storm. No one showed up or called. I called customer service and I was told a manager would call me The manger never called me so I called back again to customer service and rescheduled. I was not given an explanation or anything. That's terrible customer service.
I had gutters installed 13 months ago, convinced I had chosen the best company. However, the gutters are overflowing, and I called today to inquire about the cost of repairs. To my surprise, they wanted an additional $125 to come and fix the issue. I’m determined to never work with that company again.
