Poor Communication. Poor installation. Over promised and under delivered. I was told I would get a notice prior to them showing up, no notice. I was told after the installer was at my hour for 2 hours that he was there and they apologize. Project took 2 days. on the second day. the job was complete. I was told then that due to doing the install in the rain the sealant for the gutters may not hold. Not acceptable but they didn't hold. We called warranty, they said they would send someone out. no one contacted us no one came ... read more
