Team that came out was polite. They did a great job and the gutters held up great in the rain.
They are currently installing new gutters and some fascia work, the installers are professional and seem to be completing the work in a timely manner. The sales representative called me as we had concerns that we weren't going to have the leaf filters on the new gutters. He said my dad didn't want the filters, which is bs, that's the only reason we went with leaf filter. The sales representative seemed like he was talking down to me and then tried to add the filters for of course more money, we are already spending quite a b... read more
Very disappointed. Salesman was very pushy and talked to like I am uneducated. Told me I had water damage to one section of the wooden trim around the garage, but I know the damage was from a trash bin a few years ago. He kept literally pushing the various types of gutter coverings closer and closer to me on the table. Then kept insisting on scheduling an install the next day. When I stated I would let them know if I wanted to schedule after getting other quotes, he continue to ask if I was serious about this project or not.... read more
The installer showed up on time and did a great job. These leaf filters are working as advertised.
