They said we would never have to climb another ladder. Age 74 we decided the $9,000 was worth it for the protection. We were scammed. The man selling this told us the fuzzy bits, seeds and leaves from the piney oaks and the pine needles would slide right off because they used “an expensive, slippery stainless steel that nothing would stick to” so we would never need a ladder for the eaves again. They will come out to inspect once installed for a fee. There isno lifetime guarantee. They will clam it was storm damage. Very unhappy with that issue.
