The team from Leaf Filter came on time, removed all the old rain gutters and expertly installed my new ones. In past years, I used heavy duty tape to keep the old ones together - but with news of a potentially severe El Niño in a few months I knew they would never keep up with the water flow. Thanks Leaf Filter!!
Stay away from these people for so many reasons. Sales person misrepresented the magnitude of the job. Service person was arrogant and disrespectful when we questioned the quality and scope of the work. Customer service rep was condescending and dismissive. In the end they all insisted (with straight faces) that we should be appreciative of them for charging us $450/an hour (total of $1600 for 3.5 hrs work) for one guy to get up on a ladder and clean out the gutters…stay away from these people DO NOT buy their response below... read more
I had a very disappointing experience with LeafFilter. In my opinion, the company is unreliable and very disorganized. The salesperson convinced me to purchase products and services that I later realized I probably didn’t need. When the installation crew arrived, they decided on their own what they thought should be done instead of completing the work as outlined in the contract.
