The work man appeared to do a good job, but I was over charged for the work. I will never use LeafFilter again, ever.
I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Leaf Filter. I contacted LF to re-install a 25ft gutter that was removed from my house by painters. I also wanted a new downspout that was damaged. The LF salesman came to my home to give me an estimate. I did not want the filter system on my gutters or any new gutters, just a new downspout. Tom M (salesman) quoted the re-install, reinforce the existing gutter, a new downspout and seal all the gutters with their 50 year watertight sealant. The cost $1,200.00. Mista... read more

Communication between Sales and Service was bad. It took 4 visits, (3 days) to complete the job One of the service installers blamed sales poor communication. I just wanted to keep the moral up and offer a more positive direction and keep the ball rolling. Customers really don't want to hear internal gossip between company representatives, right?
