He arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, explained all my options, offered suggestions about other deferred maintenance I needed done. I felt absolutely no pressure to "sign on the dotted line". I did just that and have no regrets. I'd be happy to refer him to anyone. He came to give me an estimate on gutter cleaning. Not any of the choices below.
