From the initial meeting with the representative to the installation the job was seamless. The people who I interacted with were respectful and professional; mindful of my needs and careful not to disturb or destroy my property. I'm very pleased with the job.
your salesman and installer were excellent but your warranty procedure is very poor. I asked for a written warranty but never received the form. Every time they said a warranty was to be sent I received a form to use the warranty web site. I question that you really have a warranty that is good for a life time.
