Satisfied with the gutter installation, however I wasn't advised during the sales consultation that if there was wood to be replaced that would be an additional charge to me. This was not mentioned during the signing of the contract agreement. Very disappointed to have to come approve additional cost during installation. The sales rep was great and apologized for not mentioning the possibility of the additional cost. However the sales rep sales manager was horrible. I would never do business with the sales manager ever again... read more
Work was done efficiently and professionally.
We were very pleased with the installation of our Leaf Filter. The Field Manager explained everything in detail and how the filter system was designed to keep pine needles out of the gutters. Our dwelling has many pine trees that were continuously clogging our gutters. The installers were very friendly and explained how they were going to proceed with the installation. The process was seamless. I called for an estimate and was given an appointment the next day. Kolby was very thorough and detailed. He took his time explaining everything to me. The install was scheduled and was completed in a timely manner. The installer explained what he did, and showed pictures of his work I'm very satisfied!
