The gentleman that came and explained them to us was very knowledgeable and we got a quick appointment with him. We got to decide when the gutters were installed which was nice. The gutters look great and are doing there job on my house!
Great product, well described and professionally installed
I was given an estimate by RJ Richmond. He was very helpful, took a great deal of time and explained everything to me in detail. He worked with me on a price and expedited the installation. I had other estimates but all of them took little time, and I felt as if I was bothering them to potentially give them business. I called RJ back that day, and he returned to finalize the deal. The job was started on a very rainy day. Several areas were not done very well, perhaps affected by the miserable day. I was asked for full payment in spite of the fact that the caulking of the joints was not done until several days later. When the tech came to finish the job, he redid one gutter and did his best to repair two roof corners that were damaged when the old gutters were removed.
